Starting in 2014, they became a Founding Partner of Innovation Capital Team LLP, where they provided hands-on guidance and support to high potential SMEs in technology, manufacturing, and healthcare. Currently, they are involved in projects internationally, focusing on mobile offerings, e-commerce, data security, and disruptive technologies.

In 2017, Robert took on the role of Executive Director at both Skwile Ltd. and Mente Health, Employee Wellbeing. At Skwile Ltd., a fintech business, they worked towards leveling the playing field for SME funding and addressing cashflow challenges for small business owners. Meanwhile, at Mente Health, they played a crucial role in promoting employee wellbeing.

Additionally, they held the position of Non-Executive Finance Director at OMGTEA from January 2016, providing financial planning and control support for the business.

Furthermore, Robert has shown their commitment to community and local businesses by serving as the Executive Chairman of Local Puzzle Ltd since June 2015. Their involvement in this shopping game company has contributed to increasing spend per head and buying frequency, benefiting independent retail businesses and local communities.

Furthermore, in 2013, they enrolled at the Chartered Institute of Bankers, completing a diploma in Financial Services Leadership. During the same year, they also pursued a Chartered Banker degree specializing in Applied and Professional Ethics at the Chartered Banker Institute.
