Lidija Lukanovic has held various roles in the customer service industry since 2014. Lidija began their career as Assistant Manager at Service 24 Notdienst GmbH in 2014. In 2016, they moved to Runtastic GmbH where they served as a Customer Service Representative. In 2019, they began their current role as Customer Experience Process Manager at Nuki Home Solutions GmbH.
Lidija Lukanovic completed an Ausbildung in Digital Marketing from Udacity in 2018. Lidija is currently enrolled at the University of Ljubljana, but has yet to receive a degree.
