Christine Gottesman is a Special Counsel specializing in employee benefits and executive compensation matters at Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, P.C. since 2009. With expertise in advising clients on the establishment and administration of both qualified and nonqualified retirement benefit plans, as well as welfare benefit plans, Christine focuses on plan design, compliance with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, and fiduciary responsibility.
