Diane Sugrue-Franzese

Diane Sugrue-Franzese is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, employment law, and litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Nukk-Freeman & Cerra since January 2007, Diane has held significant roles at major corporations, including Director of Compliance at Ingersoll Rand from 2005 to 2006, and various Vice President positions at Gerber Products Company and Novartis Consumer Health Division from 1999 to 2005. Diane also served as Pharmaceuticals Counsel at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation from 1997 to 1999. Diane obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law between 1988 and 1991.
