Jon Kubu is the co-founder and Senior Vice President/General Manager of Nulia, a company that utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance digital productivity. In this role, Jon focuses on building a successful team and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to Nulia, Jon held various leadership roles at Symantec, including Director of Enterprise Security Services & Support and Senior Manager of Enterprise Support Services. Jon was responsible for managing support teams and streamlining workflow processes. Jon also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Northwest Christian University, teaching business management courses. Additionally, they served as an Area Director for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, overseeing operations on multiple campuses and providing leadership development training.
Jon Kubu has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from the University of Washington. Jon also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Bushnell University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including "Working from Home with Teams" from Nulia in March 2020, "Collaborating with Your Team" from Nulia in January 2020, and "Certified Support Manager" from Service Strategies in February 2013.
