Gerhard Maringer

Gerhard Maringer is the Co-Founder and CTO at numa. Prior to numa, Gerhard was the Founder and CTO at Forexfix from October 2016 to October 2019. At Forexfix, Gerhard was responsible for building a multinational fx-trading and fx-hedging web-platform for SMEs. The company was sold to ibanfirst.com in 2019. From April 2016 to April 2017, Gerhard was at Hypoport AG where they worked on Consulting Digital Transformation Projects. Prior to Hypoport AG, Gerhard worked at Senacor Technologies from July 2013 to April 2016 as a Senior Business-IT Consultant also working on Consulting Digital Transformation Projects. From December 2012 to April 2013, Gerhard was an intern at Außenwirtschaftscenter Johannesburg doing market research in the Subsahara region for Austrian companies, writing country reports on Madagascar, Mauritius, Angola, Mozambique, Seychelles and Comoros. Gerhard has also been Vorsitzender at Junge Wirtschaft Uni-Linz from October 2008 to February 2012. Lastly, Gerhard has experience in software development from February 2007 to June 2012 at Nextsoft.

Gerhard Maringer has a Mag. rer . soc. oec from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz in Information Engineering, International Management, and E-Business. Gerhard also has an Ingenieur degree from Höhere Technische Lehranstalt in Betriebsmanagement und -verwaltung.
