Umberto Ottaviani is an accomplished professional in real estate management and development, currently serving as the Country General Manager at numa since January 2024. Prior experience includes a decade at IWG plc, where Ottaviani held the role of Head of Real Estate Italy & Malta, focusing on network growth and real estate management. Prior to this, Ottaviani worked at Valtur in various leadership positions, overseeing real estate assets and international affairs. Experience also includes serving as Fund Manager at Aedes BPM Real Estate SGR spa, Asset Manager at Pirelli RE, and a Senior Analyst in M&A at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. Ottaviani holds a degree in Economy and Business Management with a focus on Finance from Università Bocconi.
