Alanna Putnam has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Alanna most recently served as the Director of Customer Success at Numa since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at CDK Roadster for several years, taking on roles such as Director of Operations and Dealer Success Director, Southeast. Alanna also held positions as a Senior Dealer Success Manager, Dealer Success Manager, and Dealer Success Associate at CDK Roadster. Before joining CDK Roadster, they worked at Dealertrack as an Implementation Specialist. In addition, Alanna gained experience in the sports industry, working as an Account Manager for the NBA Brooklyn Nets and as a Game Day Operations Intern for the Toronto Blue Jays, Tampa Bay Lightning, and New York Yankees. Alanna also had a brief role as a Student Associate at The Madison Square Garden Company. Throughout their career, Alanna has showcased their expertise in customer success and operations management.
Alanna Putnam attended Commack High School from 2008 to 2011. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Tampa from 2011 to 2015. At the university, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management.
