Monica Chitnis

Monica Chitnis is a seasoned finance professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience spanning over three decades. As the Co-Founder of Numberly since July 2021, Monica has focused on developing flexible financial strategies to support decision-making for teams. Prior to this, Monica founded and served as CEO of Squadra, a Slack integrated skill-building app. Monica's finance expertise includes roles as a Senior Finance Consultant, overseeing financial operations across multiple continents, and as Director of Finance & Operations at the Benjamin Franklin Foundation, where Monica built a collaborative finance team. Earlier career highlights include partnership at a private securities firm and a Vice President role at J.P. Morgan, where Monica analyzed corporate financial risks. Monica's entrepreneurial journey began as a self-taught chef and owner of Café Media Luna. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Wesleyan University.
