Carlos Pessoa

Carlos Pessoa, CPIM has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Carlos started their career as an intern at 3M in 2002. Carlos then worked as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting from 2003 to 2004. Carlos joined BBKO Consulting in 2004 and held various roles including SAP PP/QM Consultant, SAP Project Manager, and SAP Consulting Manager. At BBKO Consulting, they achieved significant milestones such as increasing ERP Manufacturing Practice headcount and leading proposals for upgrade initiatives. In 2010, Carlos joined Axia Value Chain as a SCM Solution Architect for a short period of time. Carlos then worked as the SAP Pre-Sales Head at Resource IT Solutions from 2011 to 2013, where they led the SAP Pre-Sales team and successfully delivered proposals resulting in substantial revenue. Currently, Carlos is the IT Advisory Services Director at NUMEN, where they manage advisory services and IT projects. Carlos Pessoa, CPIM, completed their Bsc in Mechanical Production Engineering at the Universidade de São Paulo from 1998 to 2002.
