Erica Winters is a seasoned research and marketing professional with over a decade of experience in various roles within the real estate and research sectors. Currently serving as a Research Manager at Numerator since November 2020, Erica has previously held positions as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at HUNT Real Estate ERA and a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Procopio Real Estate. Prior to these roles, Erica made significant contributions at Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. in multiple capacities, including Manager of Research Analytics and Senior Research Analyst. Earlier experience includes work at Hezel Associates as a Research Analyst, Raymour & Flanigan as a Marketing Analyst and Social Media Coordinator, and as a Graduate Market Research Assistant at Purdue University. Erica holds a Master of Science in Consumer Behavior/Market Research from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications: Public Relations/Advertising from the State University of New York Cortland.
