Ramesh Natarajan has extensive experience in recruitment and operations management in the IT industry. Ramesh started their career as a Lead Recruitment and Business Development Manager at Amtex Enterprises, Inc in 2004, where they placed IT consultants and provided IT talent management solutions to various industries. In 2014, they joined IDC Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Business Development Manager, where they continued to provide staffing solutions and utilized AI-powered technology to find the right candidates for organizations. In 2016, Ramesh worked as a Senior Manager Product and Sales at Sulekha, an online US job portal. Ramesh then returned to IDC Technologies, Inc. in 2017 as a Senior Recruitment Manager. In 2018, they joined Amtex Enterprises, Inc. once again as a Senior Recruitment and Operations Manager, and they continued in this role until December 2021. Currently, Ramesh is working as a Senior Recruitment Manager at Numeric Technologies, where they focus on enterprise solutions and technologies such as ERP, Big-Data, Analytics, and E-commerce.

Ramesh Natarajan pursued a Diploma in Computer Technology at the University of Madras from 1995 to 1998. Following this, they went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on HR and Marketing from the same university between 2006 and 2008.
