Chad Burchard

Chad Burchard is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and relationship management. Currently serving as Chief Lending Officer at Numerica Credit Union since August 2025, Chad previously held the position of Director of Commercial Production at First Interstate Bank from September 2015 to August 2025, where responsibilities included executing sales strategies for commercial lending and fostering a consistent production culture. Prior experience includes roles as SVP and Commercial Banking Center Manager at Umpqua Bank, VP Commercial Relationship Officer at Inland Northwest Bank, and Manager of Income Property Division at National City Mortgage. Chad also held a leadership position as VP Commercial Relationship Manager at Washington Trust Bank and has a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Finance from The University of Montana and completed banking management at the Pacific Coast Banking School.
