Jennifer O'Callaghan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer started their career as a Team Analyst at London Underground in 1998. Jennifer then joined UBS Warburg as an Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff in 1999. In 2000, Jennifer worked as an Account Manager at miller.whiterunkle for seven years before transitioning to Ascentium. At Ascentium, they held various positions including Senior Marketing Strategist, Director of Client Service, and Managing Director. Jennifer joined SMITH in 2012 as the SVP, Managing Director Client Services. After two years, they moved to Numerica Credit Union in 2014 as the SVP Marketing. Jennifer's most recent role is as an Adjunct Instructor at Gonzaga University Graduate School of Business, starting in 2019. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in marketing and communications, sales, client service, and leadership.

Jennifer O'Callaghan earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Gonzaga University Graduate School of Business between 2016 and 2018. Jennifer then attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education in 2019, where they completed a program titled "Marketing Analytics to Drive Growth."

In 2016, Jennifer O'Callaghan obtained an executive education certificate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. The certificate was awarded for their completion of the "Managing Teams for Innovation and Success Program."

Jennifer O'Callaghan pursued their undergraduate education at Goldsmiths, University of London from 1995 to 1998. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications.
