Jon Maroni

Jon Maroni, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jon is currently employed at Numerica Credit Union as a Community Development and Impact Relationship Manager since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Canopy Credit Union from 2017 to 2022, holding roles such as Marketing Director, Business Development & Education Officer, and Consumer Loan Officer. At Canopy, they focused on community development, financial wellness initiatives, and providing individual financial coaching. Jon also worked as a Personal Finance Writer at Military Crashpad from February 2017 to July 2017. Before that, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Personal Banker from August 2016 to February 2017, where they managed customer relationships and offered financial services. Additionally, they served as the Assistant Director of Admission at Houghton College from July 2014 to July 2016, responsible for admission goals, supervising counselors, and training staff. Jon Maroni also has experience in ministry, having served as a Youth Pastor at 2nd Street Community Church from August 2010 to July 2014, creating a faith-centered community for middle and high school students. Furthermore, they worked as an Assistant Men's Soccer Coach/Chaplain at George Fox University from August 2009 to November 2009, supporting the soccer team and providing counseling services.

Prior to this, they earned a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree in Theology and Religious Vocations from George Fox University between 2008 and 2011. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Christian Education, Missions, and Biblical Studies, also received from George Fox University, spanning from 2004 to 2008.
