Lars Gilberts

Lars Gilberts is a seasoned professional in community development and financial stability, currently serving as the VP of Equity & Community Development at Numerica Credit Union since June 2021, and as an Adjunct Instructor at Whitworth University since January 2020. Previously, Lars was the Chief Executive Officer of the University District in Spokane, WA, where strategic leadership and partnerships were critical to advancing the region's business and education sectors. Lars also held the position of Statewide ALICE Director for United Way of Broward County, focusing on supporting vulnerable families across Florida through collaborative efforts. At Branches, Inc., Lars developed various asset-building programs, and earlier experience includes roles in operational and economic development capacities.
