Wesley Davidson SHRM-CP is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Numerica Credit Union since February 2018, after progressing from the role of Recruiting Representative. With a comprehensive background in full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, Wesley is responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling, offering, and closing candidates. Prior roles include significant tenure at RLHC | Red Lion Hotels Corporation, where Wesley advanced through various positions within Human Resources, ultimately coordinating the onboarding of 138 corporate new hires while refining the onboarding process. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Western Governors University, and an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce from Spokane Falls Community College.
