Pauline Neamtu

Pauline Neamtu has over 20 years of experience in finance and auditing. Pauline started their career at PwC Romania in 1997 as a Senior Financial Auditor and later moved on to become a Senior Audit Manager at PwC. In 2010, they joined Allstate Canada as a Finance Manager before taking on the role of Finance Director at Numeris in 2016. Pauline is a CPA and CA.

Pauline Neamtu, CPA, CA has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, which they obtained from 1992 to 1997. Pauline also holds certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (GB) from GoLeanSixSigma.com in 2019 and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in 2018. Furthermore, they obtained the CPA, CA certification from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2008 and the CPA, CGA certification from the same institution in 2008 as well. Additionally, they obtained the FCCA UK certification from ACCA in 2002 and the Financial Auditor certification from Camera Auditorilor Financiari din România in 2002.
