Caroline Fuller

Caroline Fuller is a Senior Product Consultant at Numida, having joined in March 2024. Prior to this role, Caroline served as Product Lead for Web Apps & Digital Training at Viamo from April 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading a new product team and enhancing a Digital Training IVR product. From March 2018 to April 2021, Caroline was a Senior Software Product Manager at ENGIE Energy Access (formerly Fenix International), successfully launching a multilingual softphone and ticketing software for call centers across Africa. Caroline's earlier experience includes a role as Digital Product Manager at Barclays UK, optimizing the online re-mortgage process, and various positions at the Met Office. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Southampton.
