Michał Grzebyk

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on innovation and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha provides training and mentorship for various innovation projects. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha aims to enhance the software development landscape by promoting dynamic and reliable processes. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha led significant technological advancements. Additional experience encompasses consulting as a Blockchain Advisory Board member with IIB Council and supporting various blockchain initiatives, including Sweetbridge, Inc. and SwissBorg. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has pursued additional education in fintech and project management.
