Tony MacEdo Hileman

Tony Macedo Hileman is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in B2B sales and mentorship across various organizations. As Co-Founder and CEO of Unlock since August 2021, Tony has collaborated with top companies and startups, enhancing their sales channels. In addition to active roles at 500 Startups Latin America and NuMundo Ventures as an investor and B2B sales mentor, Tony serves as Partner and Sales at Medra and Sales Director and Partner at Cívica Digital. Notable past experiences include advising B2B sales at Cheaf and playing a key role in building the sales team at Emi Labs, a Y Combinator startup. Previously, Tony held leadership positions in fundraising and government affairs at Enseñá por Argentina and was part of the founding team at Brandtrack, while also practicing as a paralegal. Tony holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Buenos Aires.
