Andrew Firmin is an accomplished digital marketing leader with extensive experience in driving growth and optimizing strategies for various brands. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Acquisition & Analytics at Nuna since September 2022, Andrew focuses on enhancing digital marketing efforts across Nuna, Joie, and Graco brands while supporting direct-to-consumer operations. Prior to this, Andrew founded Custom Made Digital, assisting small and medium-sized businesses in navigating the digital landscape. Andrew's experience also includes roles such as Consultant at &us, Performance Marketing Director at The Bicester Village Shopping Collection, and several key positions at Debenhams, where responsibilities encompassed digital customer strategy, international trade, and program leadership. Andrew holds a BA in History from the University of Leicester.
