Asif Haque

Asif Haque is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of Investments at CAAT Pension Plan since June 2010. Haque holds multiple key positions, including Investment Committee Member at PSPP and Board Chair of the Pension Investment Association of Canada. Additionally, Haque is a Board Member of the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance and an Investment Advisory Committee Member for Nunavut Tunngavik. With past experience in various investment roles, including Vice President at PSP Investments and Assistant Vice President at State Street, Haque has significantly contributed to investment committees for organizations such as the United Church of Canada Pension Plan and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. Academically, Haque holds a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute, a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
