Nicola Botterill

Nicola Botterill has a strong background in social housing and community safety. Nicola started their career at Milton Keynes Council in 2002, where they held the role of Senior Housing Officer until 2016. Nicola then joined Seven Locks Housing Limited as the Tenancy Services Manager for seven years. In 2016, Nicola joined Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council as the Landlord Services Manager, and worked their way up to Head of Housing & Communities. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Director - Social Housing & Community Safety at Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council.

Nicola Botterill obtained their Bsc Housing Studies degree from De Montfort University, which they pursued from 2004 to 2008. Nicola also obtained an ILM Level 5 certification in Leadership & Management from Impellus in June 2019.
