Abel then attended Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1979 to 1986, where they obtained their Aeronautical Engineer degree with a specialization in Aircrafts, missiles, and rocket engines. In 2011, Abel attended both Harvard Business School and IE Business School for executive programs, focusing on senior management and executive development.
