Alok Arora

Alok Arora has worked in the banking and financial services industry since 1998. Alok began their career at HDFC Bank as a Regional Manager-Merchant Services & Branch Manager, where they were responsible for handling branch liabilities business, operations, wealth management and cross selling of assets. In 2003, they joined ICICI Bank as a National Manager for Key Accounts, Merchant Services, and Cards Product Group. During their 4.5 year tenure at ICICI Bank, they handled various roles in client relationship management, business development, marketing, alliances and new product development. In 2008, they joined Accenture as a Banking Practice Lead (Senior Manager - FS). Most recently, in 2016, they became a Co-Founder of Nupay.

Alok Arora received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad between 1993 and 1995.
