Crystal Smith

Crystal Smith has over 10 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, business development, public relations, and wealth management. Crystal began their career in 2008 as the Vice President of Wealth Management and Branch Manager at M & I Bank. During their time there, they created and implemented business development marketing campaigns and was responsible for trust and investment services. In 2011, they became the Director of Marketing & External Relations at The University of Arizona Health Network, where they worked with senior administration to advance hospital marketing, public relations, internal and external communications and fundraising opportunities. In 2015, Crystal became the Executive Director at Tucson's January 8th Memorial Foundation, where they created, implemented and executed strategic business and fundraising plans, managed donor relations, oversaw development, and developed financial plans. In 2019, they were appointed as the Community Affairs, Government Relations, Education and Marketing Services Manager at Northwest Fire District. Most recently, in 2020, Crystal took on the role of Director of Marketing, Communications and Public Relations at Tucson ER & Hospital. In 2022, they will become the Digital Marketing Director at NüPOINT Marketing.

Crystal Smith attended Thunderbird School of Global Management for Global Management and obtained a Certificate in Global Management from the same institution. Crystal then attended the University of Arizona and obtained a Bachelor's College of Letters Arts and Sciences in Social Behavior and Human Understanding.
