Yujin E. Kim has extensive work experience in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology. They started their career as a Graduate Student at USC, where they implemented biochemical and structural characterization of proteins and developed a biosensor for detecting neuronal degeneration. They then worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Biochemistry, focusing on their research. After that, they joined Denali Therapeutics as a Senior Scientist, contributing to the Discovery/Glial Biology department. They then moved to Proneurotech, Inc as a Senior Scientist before joining Nura Bio as a Sr. Scientist, Biology. Currently, Yujin E. Kim holds the position of Principal Scientist at Nura Bio.

Yujin E. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biophysics from The Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, they possess a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Southern California.
