Tommy Truong

Tommy Truong is an experienced customer experience associate currently employed at July since April 2023. Previously, Tommy served as a Social Media CX Specialist at Quad Lock and a Customer Service Representative at nbn™ Australia. Other roles include Centre Manager and Customer Service Representative at Ravenhall Sports Centre, as well as a Sales Assistant at Optus. In terms of education, Tommy is pursuing a Bachelor of Creative Arts in Visual Effects and Entertainment Design with a focus on Illustration at CDW Studios and holds a Diploma of Animation & VFX from Collarts. Additionally, Tommy attended Jumbla Academy in 2018 for further studies.
