Lily Ruan

Lily Ruan has extensive experience in purchasing, product management, and procurement. Lily has held various leadership roles at Novel Ingredients and currently serves as the President of NURA USA. Lily is now a member of Chief, a network that empowers women executives to advance in their careers and leadership roles. Lily also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has worked as a Capacity Planning Analyst Intern at Miller Brewing Company. Lily holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Beihang University.
