Ruiqi Mao

Ruiqi Mao is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on testing and infrastructure development in the technology and automotive sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Nuro, Ruiqi leads teams in the development of testing infrastructure and automation tools. Ruiqi has previously held roles at Gotion Inc. as a BMS HIL Validation Engineer, where significant contributions included the development of standardized testing frameworks and collaboration with teams in China. At Ford Motor Company, Ruiqi improved data handling processes and led battery systems testing efforts. Ruiqi's early career includes research and development positions at HRL Laboratories and UC San Diego, focusing on battery technologies. Ruiqi holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego.
