Austin Morgan has a diverse work experience background. Austin recently worked as a Human Resources Manager at Nursa™, where they developed an Employee Handbook and provided expert advice to senior managers. Austin also collaborated with Executive Leadership on sourcing and hiring roles, as well as trained hiring managers on ATS and best hiring practices. Prior to that, Austin served as a Human Resources Director at Discovery Connections, where they were responsible for various HR tasks, including talent acquisition, social media management, and processing compensation and unemployment claims. Austin also increased employee engagement during their time there. Additionally, Austin briefly managed the HR departments for both Discovery Day and Discovery Connections until a full-time hire was selected. Before their HR roles, Austin gained experience working at Rocky Mountain Reserve in various roles, including Account Manager and Shared Services Manager, as well as a Call Center Representative. Austin also served as a Computer Specialist and Solution Developer at Brigham Young University.
Austin Morgan completed their Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Brigham Young University from 2015 to 2019. Austin then pursued their Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership at Southern Utah University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to their studies at Brigham Young University, Austin Morgan also earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma, which was completed from 2014 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Austin Morgan obtained several certifications. In December 2021, they became a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through SHRM. Austin also obtained the Rippling Certified: Payroll Administration from Rippling in March 2023, and the Harassment Prevention: US Supervisor certification from EasyLlama - HR & Compliance Training For Modern Teams in April 2023.
