Renea B.

Renea B. has extensive work experience in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion roles. Renea most recently served as the Chief Human Resources and Equity Officer at Nurse-Family Partnership, where they developed and implemented human resources and DEI strategies. Prior to that, Renea held the position of Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer at VersAbility Resources, where they directed diversity training and ensured compliance. Renea also has experience as a Human Resources Director at Universal Solutions International Inc. and as an Assistant Manager at Walmart, where they oversaw program management and store operations.

Renea B. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General from Old Dominion University, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. Renea later pursued a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University. Continuing their education at Kaplan University, they acquired a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Education. Renea B. further broadened their knowledge by earning a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Old Dominion University.
