Sara Paquin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Their most recent role was as the Director of Community Engagement and Client Care for Nurse Next Door, where they focused on rural communities in Eastern Ontario. Prior to that, they served as the Administration Lead and Patient Registration/Screener at the North Grenville COVID-19 Assessment Centre. Sara also worked as a Pharmacy Technician at the Prescription Assistance Network of Stark County and held various leadership positions at the Canadian International Society. Additionally, Sara has experience in retail and sales, having worked at Canadian Tire and Party Mart as a department manager and retail sales associate, respectively. Sara began their career in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Training Officer and also worked as a floral designer at Fleuriste Alexandria Florist.
Sara Paquin attended Kent State University from 2014 to 2017, where they studied Public Health, Global Health, and Geography. Sara also attended Stark State College from 2010 to 2011 to study Pharmacy Technician/Assistant. In their early education, they graduated from Alexander Galt Regional High School between 1978 and 1983. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a COVID-19 Contact Tracer from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2020.
