Ayeisha Sears

Ayeisha Sears is an experienced independent insurance broker and certified nursing assistant with a diverse background in healthcare support. Since December 2018, Ayeisha has operated as an independent owner, utilizing expertise in insurance. Concurrently, Ayeisha has been a PRN certified nursing assistant at NurseSpring since October 2016, providing essential physical support to patients in daily living activities. Past experience includes serving as a geriatric nursing assistant at Eastern State Hospital in 2019, offering direct care to patients with behavioral health issues, and working as a therapy assistant at QSAC, facilitating care for residents with special needs. Ayeisha holds an Associate of Science degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Ultimate Medical Academy and has furthered education at Kaplan College.
