Dave Clements is an experienced policy manager specializing in regulatory reform and strategic insight. Currently serving as Policy Manager at The Nursing and Midwifery Council since December 2021, Dave manages policy development aimed at delivering legislative changes. Previous roles include Interim Policy Lead for Children’s Services at the London Borough of Lambeth and Policy Consultant for Adult Services at the London Borough of Havering, where Dave focused on policy coordination and compliance with legislation.
