Milli Hernández has held various roles in the past 8 years. Milli began their career in 2014 as a Lead Service Agent at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In 2016, they moved to LJC Business Partner as an Account Executive. Milli then transitioned to Crossroads Hotel in 2018 as a Banquet Sales Manager. In 2019, they joined TruckMovers as a Business Analyst and Bilingual Account Specialist. In 2021, they moved to Homebase as a Market Development Specialist. Currently, they are a Regional Account Executive at Nurture Boss.

Milli Hernández completed a Computer Information System degree from Park University in 2020, with a focus in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. From 2014 to 2017, they attended Metropolitan Community College-Blue River, studying Marketing.
