Seint Naychi Oo currently serves as the Student Council Chair at Nurture Higher Education Group, representing a two-degree program for the 2022/2023 academic year. Previous experience includes working as an Account Executive at Brand Diary Branding Agency and engaging in Sales Business Development with AIESEC in Myanmar. Additionally, Seint held the position of Director of Exchange and Development at the Yangon University Law Students' Association. Seint Naychi Oo is pursuing dual degrees in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Newcastle and International Business Management from the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, with plans to study as an exchange student at Fachhochschule Südwestfalen. Prior education includes studies at the University of Yangon and Practising High School Yangon University of Education.

Formed in January 2017, the Nurture Higher Education Group focuses on the crucial intersection of learners, educators and employers.
