Aimee Both has over twelve years of experience in customer service. Aimee began their career in 2008 as a Client Relations Assistant at McGrath Acura of Westmont, where they were responsible for assisting the Client Relations Manager in all functions of customer service and training newly hired customer service representatives. In 2012, they moved to McGrath City Honda as a Client Relations Manager, where they managed the guest experience by training and supervising everyone involved in customer-touch experiences. In 2016, they worked as a Member Services Manager at Midtown Athletic Clubs, where they were responsible for managing the day to day operations of the front desk and staff. Aimee also worked as a Process Improvement Manager at Umansky Motorcars, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, VW, BMW, where they served as a consultant for each brand and implemented follow-up processes aimed at increasing customer satisfaction scores. Most recently, Aimee Both has been the Director of Customer Experience at Nurture Life since 2017, where they have provided customers with exemplary customer service experiences, responded to inbound inquiries via multiple channels in a timely and professional manner, and proactively anticipated customer needs.
Aimee Both is currently studying at North Central College.
