Kristi Harreld, M.A., is an experienced professional currently serving as an HRIS Associate at the Illinois Institute of Technology since February 2022, where responsibilities include onboarding new staff and faculty, developing improved processes, and facilitating training initiatives. With a long history as a One-on-One Learning Facilitator and Curriculum Developer at Nurturing Wisdom Tutoring since April 2007, Kristi has a strong focus on interpreting data to enhance learning outcomes. Previous roles include Education Specialist at the Arthroscopy Association of North America and Learning Facilitator at McHenry County College, where Kristi designed and delivered training programs and engaged diverse learners. Kristi holds a Master of Arts in English from the University of Illinois Chicago, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rockford University, and additional certifications in mindfulness and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
