Bethany Ibrahim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international development, social equity, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Impact & Markets Associate at Nuru International since May 2023, Bethany collaborates with locally-led NGOs in several African countries to support enterprise planning and business development. Previously, Bethany worked as a Teacher Assistant for Global Inequality Research at Duke University, graded student assignments, and monitored academic progress. Experience also includes a role as a Conservation Education & Media Outreach Intern at Duke Lemur Center, and managing community projects with Frontier - The Society for Environmental Exploration.
