Emily McLaughlin

Emily McLaughlin has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Director of Campus Selection- Recruiter at Northwestern Mutual from 2005 to 2007. Emily then worked as an International English Teacher at Win-Win English Academy in 2007 and as an English Teacher at Newport-Mesa Unified School District from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2014, Emily was a Recruiting & Training Manager at Nuru International. Emily further progressed within the organization, becoming an HR Manager from 2015 to 2017 and currently holding the position of HR Director since 2018. Emily has extensive experience in human resources and has demonstrated excellence in an international non-profit organization.

Emily McLaughlin obtained their Bachelor's degree in English and Communications from Concordia University Irvine between 2002 and 2006. In 2008, they acquired a Secondary Teaching Credential specializing in Single Subject English from the same university, furthering their expertise in the field of English Language and Literature/Letters.
