Natalie John has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Natalie began their career in 2006 with Sports Direct Fitness, where they worked as a Cashier for two years. From 2008 to 2012, Natalie worked at Merlin Entertainments plc as a Ride Assistant. In 2011, they also took on a role as a Receptionist at the Citizens Advice Bureau.
In 2013, Natalie joined LGC as an HR Support Advisor and stayed with the company until 2015. During this time, they gained experience in supporting HR functions. Natalie then moved on to Tech21 in 2015, initially working as an HR Executive before being promoted to Group HR Advisor. Natalie held this position until 2017 when they transitioned to the role of HR Business Partner for the EMEA & ANZ regions. Natalie continued their career at Tech21 until 2018.
In 2018, Natalie joined the IRIS Software Group as an HR Business Partner for a few months before taking on a new role as a Rewards and Benefits Advisor at Royal Holloway, University of London. Natalie worked in this position from November 2018 to April 2019.
Since 2019, Natalie has held the position of HR Manager at both NURVV and Tech21, where they continue to apply their expertise in human resources.

In 2014 and 2015, Natalie studied at Ealing, Hammersmith, and West London College. Natalie obtained a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
Between 2009 and 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Bournemouth University.

Lastly, from 2003 to 2006, they attended Bishop Wand Church of England School, where they obtained their GCSE's.
