Yuni Listriani has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Guest Service Agent Manager at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa since December 2012, after progressing through roles as Guest Services Agent Supervisor and Guest Service Agent. Prior experience includes a position as Lobby Hostess at the same hotel from 2011 to 2012, and a trainee role in ground handling services at PT. Gapura Angkasa from 2008 to 2009. Yuni holds a Diploma 3 in English from Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, obtained between 2006 and 2009, specializing in the English Tourism Department.
