Brad Burgess

Brad Burgess is a highly experienced professional with a diverse work background. Their most recent role was as a Facilities Project Engineer at Nusano, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, Brad worked as a Mechanical Engineering Manager/ Project Manager at Elite Automation from June 2022 to January 2023. Brad also served as a Process Engineer II at Little Giant Ladder Systems from February 2021 to June 2022. Before that, Brad held the position of Project Engineer II at Merit Medical Systems, Inc. from May 2017 to April 2020. Brad started their career at US Synthetic as a Production Worker, utilizing LEAN Manufacturing processes and PD (Product Development) practices to improve operations from October 2006 to February 2016. Additionally, Brad gained valuable research experience as a Research Assistant at Brigham Young University, where they conducted tests, prepared samples, and assisted in designing automation systems from April 2015 to March 2017.
