Melisa Siahaan has work experience at two companies. In 2022, they worked at NusaTalent in an administrative role, starting in August. Prior to that, from November 2020 to November 2021, they worked as a Production Operator at PT Simatelex Manufacturing Batam.

Melisa Siahaan completed their primary education at Putera Batam from 2015 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in Teknik Industri (Industrial Engineering). Following this, they enrolled at MySkill in 2022 to further their education in the field of Data Science, specifically focusing on Data Science. As of now, it is unclear whether they have completed their studies at MySkill or if they are still pursuing their degree.
