Morgan Goodman

Morgan Goodman has over 15 years of progressive experience in talent management and learning development within the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Talent Management at First Citizens Bank since February 2020, Morgan has also held the role of Vice President of Enterprise Learning and Talent Development. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President of Learning and Development for the Business Capital Group at CIT, and Training & People System Administration Manager at CSX. Earlier in the career, Morgan worked at Atlantic Coast Bank in various capacities, including Assistant Vice President and Office Service Manager. Morgan's experience also includes a tenure as Senior Branch Manager II at SunTrust Bank. Morgan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of North Florida, completed in May 2005.
