Brandon Haley is a PRA Engineer at NuScale Power since October 2014, specializing in severe accident analysis for modular nuclear reactor designs, particularly focusing on seismically initiated events, hazard analysis, component fragility, and uncertainty quantification. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Oregon State University from March 2012 to September 2014, where involvement in the C2M2L project was facilitated under the guidance of Bryan O'Halloran and Irem Y. Additionally, Brandon worked as a Visiting Research Assistant at the University of Sydney in the summer of 2013, concentrating on developing failure analysis tools through complex network and graph theory. Early career roles included two summers as a Traffic Engineering Technician at Marion County Public Works, performing traffic counts and utilizing various hose-deployed equipment. Brandon obtained a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University between 2008 and 2014.
