Roman Aldorf has extensive experience in the field of reliability and probabilistic risk assessment (PRA), currently serving as a Senior Reliability and PRA Engineer at UJV Řež, a. s. since June 2017. Prior to this role, Roman worked at Rolls-Royce Civil Nuclear from January 2008 to May 2017 as a PRA and reliability engineer and project engineer, where the focus was on the development of complex, plant-wide PRAs and detailed system reliability models. Roman's earlier experience includes positions as a PRA engineer at Data Systems & Solutions from 2000 to 2007, SAIC from 1998 to 2000, and a previous tenure at UJV Řež from October 1989 to December 1997. Roman holds a Master's Degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague, which was attained from 1983 to 1988.
