Gerry Goldner

Gerry Goldner has extensive experience in the nuclear energy industry. Gerry is currently working as a Project Director at NuScale Power since 2022. Previously, Gerry held the position of Manager of Contracts & Project Management at Flowserve Corporation from 2021 to 2022.

Prior to that, Gerry worked at GE Power, where they held various roles, including Project Director for the DOE Versatile Test Reactor Project and Project Director (Acting) for the Lungmen Project. Gerry was responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of major construction and engineering projects, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with technical and licensing requirements.

Before joining GE Power, Gerry served as the Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President at AccSys Technology, Inc., where they successfully implemented lean manufacturing strategies and improved financial performance. Gerry also worked at Hitachi America, Ltd. as the Operations Manager for Proton Beam Therapy, overseeing all operations related to a revolutionary nuclear medical device.

Gerry's earlier experience includes managerial roles at Hitachi, Ltd., Hitachi America, Ltd., and GE Nuclear Energy, where they focused on product management, project management, and engineering.

Gerry Goldner obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, graduating in 1987. Gerry then pursued further education at Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management in 1996. Gerry also holds an additional Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Saint Joseph's University. Furthermore, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2017.
